If your booking falls on a major holiday, our team will contact you in advance to reschedule. For most public holidays, services continue as scheduled unless you request a change.

We do our best to assign the same technician or team whenever possible. However, scheduling changes may occur. Rest assured, all technicians follow your saved preferences to maintain consistency.
